What is your cancellation policy? 

Cancelation for Sedans, SUV's, Vans, Limos, hummer and buses with in 72 hours from the time of the reservation subject to $200.00 none refundable deposit. Cancelation after 72 hours subject to 100% charge of fare. No exceptions.

Q: Do I pay for the service if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We do not charge for delays due to weather or airline issues, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any status changes. Our agents will monitor your flight, and if airline has cancelled your flight, a vehicle will NOT be sent unless we hear from you with new updates.

Q: Is a wet bar included with a limousine rental? 

We will provide soft drinks, water & ice at no charge, you CAN bring alcohol on board as long as every one in limousine is over 21.

Q: I made a reservation, but did not get a confirmation email, should I be worried? 

Please make sure you receive an Email confirmation that will show you pick up, drop off locations, as well as rates. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, please call us to confirm this reservation.

Q: We have 11 people in our party, can we squeeze into a 10 passenger limousine?

Insurance covers up to the amount of people the vehicle holds, and we will not allow more than that, it is for your own safety.

Q: In which cities can I use your service? 

We offer transportation services on the whole territory of the state of Oklahoma. This includes such popular places as the TUL Airport , and OKC airport.

Customer must inspect the vehicle condition what he agree on upon time off arrival (pick-up) if the customer agree will proceed with limousine service, if not the chauffeur or the company official shall cancel and terminate the service immediately due to quality issue. If the customer agree to proceed with limousine service their is no discount or refund or credit back and subject to 100% charge of fare. No exceptions.. Any false online review subject to 500.00 up to $1000.00 penalty for blackmail, false, manipulating, fabrication to write bad reviews by getting refunds or extorting partial refunds. No exceptions.. 


1. 918 Limos reserves the right to add extra charge to repair or cleaning whenever such service are required as result of customer use or abuse. 
2. Failure to comply with above rules will result in a $200.00 penalty added to your tab.
3. Customer is responsible for any damage to vehicle caused by him/her, or his/her party.
4.Their will be a $200.00 charges for vomiting inside the vehicle. 
5. Concerts/Events Parking Fees?*may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, ...prior to event start time.
6. 918 Limos is not liable for any circumstance beyond its control, such as any kind of personal injuries occur during the service, weather conditions, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.
7. 918 Limos assumes no responsibility for lost or damage article left in or nearby our vehicle. 
8. In using this website, you specifically agree that you will not hold us or 918 Limos to you or any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages of any kind arising our if any use by you of this website (or any other link website), whether those damages are financial in nature or result from injury, lost, incomplete or interrupted data or transactions. This limitation on our and 918 Limos liability may be different in connection with particular products or services that we offer.


918 Limos will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeurs knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by 918 Limos . 918 Limos will not be responsible for any kind of injuries that may occur while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill while entering or existing the vehicle. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.No young children  may be left in limousine unattended by the reserver of the limousine, the chauffer is not a babysitter.

In using for fleet or farming out in different company fleet, you specifically agree that you will not hold us or 918 Limos liable to you or any vehcle special, or other consequestial damages of any kind arising out of any use by you or your guest whether those damages are financial in nature or result from any kind of "INJURY" occured while you using our Limousine Service with "NO EXCEPTION".


1- $ 300.00 per damaged seat, $ 300.00 per damaged carpet, $ 400.00 per damaged mirror

2- $ 100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)

3- $ 100.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior)

4- $ 200.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior)

5- $ 300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery

6- $200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism

7- Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed / stolen items from vehicle.

8- bad behavior verbal abuse to the driver is not acceptable the driver has the right to cancel service.

9- Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract 918 Limos  recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles and any articles handled by the driver while loading and unloading.

918 Limos reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs requests in order to obey the rules in this contract. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles. Any deposits (cash, checks or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reason, if any cancellation occurs from renter?s side. The open balance is due immediately at the beginning of the agreed job. The renter authorizes the immediate $250.00 deposit & the final payment, states that she/he is the authorized purchaser for this rental contract, the authorized cardholder for the given credit card, responsible and liable for payment of the total amount, per cash, credit card or money order.

No Smoking: All of our vehicles are No Smoking vehicles. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if smoking is occurring inside the vehicle. A mini mum $300 cleanup fee will apply if smoking occurs in one of our vehicles. We will be happy to stop for as many smoke breaks as you need.

No Illegal Drugs: No illegal drugs to be carried or used in the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if illegal activity is occurring inside the vehicle. Police may also be notified.

No Underage Drinking: No underage drinking or underage possession of alcohol in the vehicle at anytime. Chauffeur at his sole discretion may terminate the trip with no refunds if underage drinking is occurring inside the vehicle.

Lost Items: Renter assumes sole responsibility for any and all lost, stolen or missing personal items during the term of the rental. Please be sure to gather all your belongings when you exit the vehicle at the end of the rental. Our phone number for lost and found is 918-902-9999

Overtime: Be sure to reserve the vehicle for as long as you think you will need it. If you need to extend your rental we will be happy to do so as long as there is still availability, however availability of additional hours at the last minute beyond those reserved can not be guaranteed as someone else may have already booked the vehicle right after your scheduled rental time is complete.

Emergency Vehicle Substitution: In the unlikely event that a last minute mechanical breakdown or accident puts a vehicle temporarily out of service. 918 Limos reserves the right to substitute an alternate vehicle (or vehicles) from our fleet or from our affiliates' fleet. Alternate vehicle (or vehicles) may possibly be different in size or description than originally booked vehicle depending on availability. No refunds or discounts will be given if an alternate vehicle is provided at the agreed upon pickup time.

918 Limos cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. It is of particular importance that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed time schedule. In the event that the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so, only if 918 Limos can accommodate other clients that booked with 918 Limos prior to or after the said time. The purchaser further agrees to pay additional charges incurred such as overtime, tolls, parking etc. Overtime for airport jobs is charged in 1 hour increments, extra stops are charged $ 20.00 - Lincoln; $ 25.00 - SUV. $50.00 Stretch Limousine.

If customer fails to show (No Show) at designated pick up location and does not inform office and/or driver, the full amount of contracted time will be charged. The purchaser authorizes 918 Limos to charge any additional charges after they have rendered services to the purchasers credit card as supplemental charge. A 20% gratuity will be added to your total charge as well as 9% service surcharge. If cash payment is selected, the payment is due at the beginning of the rental time. Customer agrees to have 918 Limos get an authorization for the above credit card and amount, for the event stated above.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the Federal Arbitration Act, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Tulsa , Oklahoma

You and 918 Limos agree that any and all disputes and claims relating in any way to this Agreement (including the arbitration of any claim or dispute and the enforceability of this paragraph), with the exception set forth in the next paragraph, shall be submitted to and resolved by means of confidential arbitration conducted in the State of  Oklahoma, Tulsa County. If you and 918 Limos cannot agree on arbitrators, the Presiding Judge of the Tulsa County Superior Court shall appoint them. The arbitration shall be conducted under the then prevailing Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and 918 Limos may litigate in court only to compel arbitration under this Agreement or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

However, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate 918 Limos intellectual property rights, 918 Limos may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Oklahoma, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.ph here.

Refund Policy

918 Limos does have a NO REFUND policy. If an emergency should arise and you should have to cancel your service call us as soon as possible. If 918 Limos are able to rebook that vehicle for that date, client will receive a gift certificate for use in the future. If 918 Limos is not able to rebook the vehicle you would need to use the vehicle on the reserved date or forfeit all monies paid.

Where are you located?
We are located in Tulsa, OK.

What size limousines do you have?
Limousines are sized by the number of passengers they can accommodate. We are able to accommodate groups up to thirty passengers in our limousines. We also have sedans, vans, suvs, shuttles and coaches that can carry different sized groups.

When does the time start?
Your time starts once we arrive at your pick up location assuming you are located in the Tulsa area. If your pick up location or drop off location is outside of the Tulsa area, additional charges may apply.

How much is the deposit?
To make a reservation we require a 50% deposit of the total amount If you choose to only do the 50% at the time of booking, the balance would be do at least two weeks in advance.

Can we eat & drink in the limousine?
Yes! You are allowed to drink alcoholic beverage in most of our vehicles if everyone in the entire group is of legal drinking age. We are not allowed to provide you with the beverages.

How early in advance do I have to make a reservation?
We can’t really tell you how early to reserve because it is based upon availability. However, once you decide what company you want to work with, we would suggest that you place a deposit for the vehicle ensuring you a reservation.

Can we cancel and get a refund?
We do have a no-refund policy. If an emergency comes up and you have to cancel, if we can rebook the limousine you would receive a gift certificate for future use. If we were not able to rebook the limousine you would need to use the limousine that date or forfeit on monies paid. 

Can you split the time around the event?
We cannot do split jobs. The vehicle would be committed to come back and pick you up so we wouldn’t be able to rent to anyone else.

How do I reserve a limousine?
We take reservations over the phone or you can come by our office. We take cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and Cash. We do not take checks unless it is corporation we have done business with before.

We do have minimums but it just depends on the date and the time of day.
